Can took his first steps on a slackline in 2011. He has been actively carrying out and participating in slackline projects and events, both in Turkey and around Europe. Along with his friends he started a slacklining community that now is spreading the sport across Turkey with shows, workshops, festivals and much more. With the team he has been organizing the famous Turkish Highline Carnival, one of the longest running international highline festivals. He effectively is building the software for the ISA world ranking list for athletes and contest organizers, a core project of the ISA sport commission.
