Freestyle Highline Ranking List Winners 2024

2024 is over and we have the pleasure to meet the yearly winners in Freestyle Highline. Competitions are happening all around the world and finalists collect points depending on their ranks and the size of the competition (e.g. Masters, World Cup, World Championship..), giving them a final score at the end of the year.

The yearly winners in our system are defined by the sum of the highest points ranking at the two largest events they participated in 2024.

Freestyle highlining is growing all around the world and competitions are becoming more and more popular. This year we’ve had the second edition of the World Championship in Laax which showed that the level is always increasing and the number of participants with it. Here’s the top three ranking athletes gaining the most points during the last year of competition in the female and male categories. Let’s meet them!

Erika Sedlacek de Almeida

Let’s meet Erika, third place in the ranking 2024:

• Name: Erika Sedlacek de Almeida
• Age: 32 years old
• Nationality: Brazilian

Erika started competing in 2022 and quickly became a dominant force on the South American scene, in both speedline and freestyle. She enjoys all aspect of slacklining, from shows and performances to the quest for records. No need for music, she will sing while practicing freestyle!

Louise Lenoble

Let’s meet Louise, second place in the ranking 2024:

• Name: Louise Lenoble
• Age: 32 years old
• Nationality: French

When you ask girls who inspire you, who they were inspired by, the answer is likely to be Louise! She’s been highlining for over 10 years and has pioneered in freestyle with many first female trick achievement. Performing in highline and stunt shows around the world, she knows how to be consistent under pressure.

Cecilia Stock

Andth And the ISA ranking 2024 winner is … Cecilia!

• Name: Cecilia Stock
• Age: 30 years old
• Nationality: German

Style for days and tricks to match! Coming from a circus background, Chechi brings her own unique touch to freestyle. She has quickly assimilated tricks until the highest level and decided that it was not enough so she’s inventing her own… She is also the 2024 speedline Champion, we’re only wondering how far she’ll go!

Alex Fernandez

In third place for the ISA ranking 2024 winner we have … Alex!

• Name: Alex Fernandez
• Age: 26 years old
• Nationality: American

Alex is quite new to the highline freestyle scene. Even though he barely missed the cut for the Laax Highline World Championship, he managed to gain enough points in other comps to earn himself a spot on the podium of the overall ranking! You can expect to see him as a regular on podiums in the coming years.

Pedro Tlaloc Moctezuma Burns

The runner-up of the ISA ranking 2024 winner is … Tlaloc!

• Name: Pedro Tlaloc Moctezuma Burns
• Age:  27 years old
• Nationality: Mexican

Tlaloc is one of the first Mexican freestylers, even organizing the first international urban highline freestyle competition in mexico city back in 2018! He’s never stopped throwing tricks and you should see him go! He’ll always find a way to surprise you and throw one more tricks in a bounce where everyone else would have given up.

David Palomo Echevarrieta

And the ISA ranking 2024 winner is … Sakalomo!

• Name: David Palomo Echevarrieta
• Age: 28 years old
• Nationality: Spanish

Warrior spirit. David is a true competitor and I don’t think anyone is as serious about being a pro athlete as he is. Everything in is training is carefully planned, and the same goes for his comp runs. He is the  creator of some of the hardest tricks in the game, and he’s repeated most of the other hard tricks. But as long as it’s not consistent, he’s not satisfied!
