Sascha Grill, the reigning champion in the male category for 2024, continues to shine as a versatile athlete in the world of slacklining. Hailing from Germany and sponsored by Raed Slacklines, Sascha boasts remarkable skills in speedlining. With seven years of experience, Sascha’s dedication is evident as he hones his craft almost daily. Reflecting on his achievements, Sascha recounts significant milestones in 2023-24, including participation in the highline world championship in LAAX which he won! In 2024, Sascha showcased his prowess in various prestigious contests, emerging triumphant in three competitions. Congratulation Sascha! Best wishes for 2025!

Mia Noblet
And the winner, in the female category for Speedline Short, 2024, is Mia!

- Age: 29 years old
- Nationality: Canada
Mia Noblet needs no introduction, she is the female with the most slackline world records. She was a competitive speed ice-skater in the past and is sponsored by the Slackline Company “Balance Community” from the United States. She only recently came into competitive slackline sports, such as speed and freestyle. She really took off in 2024, where she participated in a total of six competitions, more than in her combined slackline career before 2024. She is a great example of how general slackline skills can pass over to specific skills and focus needed in competitions. She won the Speedline Short competition in Munich and scored high in Bern in 2024, which secured her the title. Congratulation Mia! Best wishes for 2025!

Matheus Stoco Vidal
On the first place in Speedline Short male we have Vidal!

- Nationality: Brazil
Matheus is not just an ordinary slackliner; he’s a Brazilian circus artist who has mesmerized audiences for more than ten years with his breathtaking performances. Renowned for his incredible speed and finesse on the line, Matheus is a true master of his craft. Beyond his circus acts, he has made a name for himself in the global slackline community for his lightning-fast maneuvers. He won the 2nd and 3rd place at the World Championships in Laax 2022/24 already.
In 2024, Matheus Vidal showcased his exceptional talent and versatility in ten thrilling contests, leaving again an indelible mark on the slacklining world. He secured a 1st place at a Speed Short Masters competition in Munich which makes him score first on the yearly ranking. We wish you great luck for 2025!
