Why create a quality label?

In order to ensure quality of slacklining equipment on the market and for the customer to be able to compare gear of the same kind, the ISA Safety Commission is currently developing gear quality labels for webbing, webbing lockers and starter kits.

This involves research and testing to define minimum safety requirements in cooperation with our industry partners (=slackline gear manufacturers). We will then grant the gear quality label to products that meet the safety requirements.
